Project Management
Our project management team has over 20 years’ experience in tendering, design management, contractor management, estimation, planning and delivery of projects both time critical and of complex nature from inception to completion consisting of downstream Oil & Gas (Greenfield and Brownfield) NPI, Iron ore, gold mining, underground train stations, bridges, roads, metro rail, buildings and heavy civil infrastructure.
We possess commercial acumen in areas of contract, cost management, change management, supply chain management, risk and opportunity management, budget preparation, cost forecasting, cashflows, performance reporting and administration with experience in various contract models such as Alliances, PPP, D&C, Construct only Contracts etc.
We managed tendering processes from RFQ to contract execution and supported bid teams by providing leadership and direction by resolving technical & commercial clarifications at the bids stage.
We also managed onsite contractors including their program, quality aspects & reviewing, certifying & responding to payment claims, NOD’s, EOT’s &VO’s.
We led teams of design consultants, construction managers, engineers, planners, supervisors & other support functions ranging up to 30+ team members and fosters a culture where HSE issues are addressed when assessing all aspects of work and consider safety of people & assets as of paramount importance.

With over 20 years' experience in the engineering and construction industry and a proven track record of winning and delivering projects successfully our pre-contracts management, estimating, contract management, project controls team have managed multi-million-dollar project portfolios. Our team are proficient in the use of techniques and high-performance software’s for efficient planning, managing and execution of projects.
We specialize in bridging the gaps between the construction and commercial aspects of projects through planning, project controls, contracts management and risk management with a unique combination of skill sets in the areas of critical path programming, earned value and earned schedule management and delay causation analysis combined with in-depth understanding of project delivery models, contracts and construction law.
We led teams of up to 10 team members with varying skill sets and levels of seniority according to the size of the project.
